These Terms of Service govern access to and use of SEO Growth Professionals and its related SEO software, website analysis, content and connected-service features.

Use of the service

You may use SEO Growth only for websites, accounts and data that you own, control or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

Third-party services

Some features depend on third-party platforms such as WordPress and Google services. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, policies, permissions and availability.

Google connections

Google integrations require your explicit authorization. SEO Growth will only access Google data within the permissions you grant. You may revoke that authorization through your Google Account at any time.

SEO and ranking results

SEO Growth provides analysis, automation, recommendations and content-support tools. Search engines independently determine crawling, indexing, rankings and search-result presentation. We do not guarantee a particular ranking, traffic level, indexing outcome, lead volume or revenue result.

Automated changes

Some features may create, modify or schedule website content or SEO settings after you enable or approve them. You remain responsible for reviewing your website, backups, business information, claims and published content.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, distribute malware, interfere with service operation, violate applicable law, or access third-party data without authorization.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Features may change as APIs, third-party platforms and the product itself evolve.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, SEO Growth Professionals is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from search-engine changes, third-party service outages, website configuration conflicts, user-authorized changes or reliance on automated recommendations.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
